Perched on a rugged hill above the crystal clear waters of Agios Ioannis Beach, the pristine modern villas that are the Seriphos Estate emerge from the 2-acres of privately owned rockface. From the outside their pristine white cubist form is one of simplicity and modernity juxtaposed against the backdrop of the rocky terrain, sun and sea, lightly ornamented merely by rattan and wooden shaded verandas and terraces.

A new take on “Cycladic” design

To create something individual and totally different, architect Olga Ktena C-O LAB Team (who worked with the acclaimed Greek architecture K Studios for many years) was commissioned alongside interior designer Ioli Chiotini and global awarded designer Ioannis Solomozis (Solo Athens) for the interior (https://www.soloathens.com/).

The result: a new take on “Cycladic” design, inspired by the Cyclades but newer and fresher in feel, unexpected, a true assault on the senses.  

Just like their location, the villas are light, airy uncluttered, with plenty of space to spread out in both indoors and outside. Perfect for big families or groups, the two villas can be rented as a whole for up to 12 guests or individually, accommodating up to 8 guests and 4 guests, respectively.

Each villa, with its own colour scheme and individual design, features open plan living spaces fully equipped kitchens and cleverly arranged sleeping arrangements well kitted out for picture perfect summer vacations. With large tables and sofas on their verandas and terraces for alfresco drinks and meals, enjoy balmy meltemi breezes carrying the scent of Mediterranean herbs and the smell of the sea as you look around and take in each and every detail of your very own private villa paradise.
